Zydus Lifesciences Limited, an innovation-led life-sciences company with an international presence, has closed its acquisition of Agenus Inc.’s biologics manufacturing facilities. All acquired manufacturing assets and operations will be housed under a newly formed, dedicated U.S. based CDMO named Zylidac Bio LLC.
